KIDS JIU JITSU INSTRUCTORS
Our Kids Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) instructors have over 10 years of teaching kids jiu jitsu. Gracie Jiu Jitsu is known for encouraging children to be the best versions of themselves they can be. Not only will kids jiu jitsu teach them confidence and respect, it will teach them not to bully, and to stand up for themselves appropriately.
KIDS JIU JITSU FOR SELF DEFENSE AND COMPETITION
Kids Jiu Jitsu teaches more than strict physicality. It is a lesson in BJJ culture that often teaches students the discipline to be successful in additional aspects of their lives. Kids BJJ is a social sphere where it’s safe to trust and strengthen relationships of those around them. There will be failures and struggles, but perseverance will lead to growth. In time, your child will adopt the right mindset and attitude needed to be successful in life and in Jiu Jitsu. Developing fine motor skills, spatial awareness, and coordination in repetitious practice will give a student greater control over their body and learn precision of his or her actions.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
CALEB SCHUTTER
I shopped a few BJJ Gyms in the area and this gym is different. Very friendly people and the coach is always on the mat showing his students how to get better. I have lost weight and learned a lot so far at Black Lion.
KEVIN DALEY
Chad runs a great training facility and has a lot of great staff in place to assist in teaching. This is a very impressive establishment.
DAVID BRELINSKI
Chad, Justin, Morgan, and all the higher belts will take the time to go above and beyond. The most important thing is to show a little discipline and keep showing up. You do that and, I promise, you’ll thank yourself.
